Who we are

Juggler is a football-practice app provided by Less Corp. (“we”, “us”). This policy covers the Juggler iPhone app, our website at juggler.lesscorp.org, and support and beta feedback we receive.

Your practice data

Juggler analyzes the camera view and videos you select on your iPhone. Ball tracking runs on the device. Juggler does not upload practice footage for analysis, and there is no Juggler cloud account or sync service.

The app stores saved session results, ball and body-position observations, attempts, count corrections, practice settings, and personal records locally. It also stores aggregate performance information, such as frame-processing counts, processing times, and thermal state, to help diagnose session behavior. The app does not automatically send these local records to Less Corp.

Camera, recordings & imports

Camera access enables live ball tracking and optional video recording. Live camera recordings do not include microphone audio. You can change camera permission in iPhone Settings.

• Free, Target, and Timed juggling: choose Replay + stats to retain a recording, or Stats only to save results without a replay. When recording is enabled, video can include waiting for a hands-free start and periods when counting is paused.
• Shots: saves video independently of the juggling replay setting.
• Photos and Files imports: Juggler copies the specific video you choose into its storage, including any existing source audio. The juggling replay setting does not prevent this copy.

Saving an export to Photos or sharing to another app happens when you choose to do so.

Storage, deletion & backups

Saved sessions stay in Juggler until you delete them. There is no automatic expiration for saved practice records. A juggling practice’s details let you trim its recording or remove the recording while keeping stats. In History, touch and hold a session, then choose Delete session and confirm to remove the session and its recording. Temporary files can also be created during import and sharing.

These actions affect Juggler’s copy. They do not delete an original Photos or Files video, an exported or shared copy, a recipient’s copy, or data already included in a device backup.

iCloud or computer backups may include Juggler’s app storage, depending on your device settings. This is separate from an app-operated cloud service. Manage those backups using Apple’s controls. Keep important exports before removing the app or changing devices.

Sharing & support

A stats card or analyzed video leaves Juggler when you choose a destination and complete sharing. The recipient or destination service handles that copy under its own privacy practices.

If you contact support or ask about the beta, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you attach. We use that information to respond, manage your request or beta invitation, diagnose problems, and improve Juggler. A text description is usually enough; please send only the personal information and media you want us to review, and obtain permission before sharing someone else’s image.

Access to support correspondence is limited to people who need it to handle support and maintain Juggler, and the email service providers used to deliver and store those messages. We do not sell support information or use it for advertising. We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the request, follow up on related issues, and meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence and attachments we hold.

TestFlight beta information

Apple automatically collects TestFlight crash logs and beta usage information and shares it with us. This may include your invitation email, installation status, app version, device and operating-system details, sessions, and crashes. Feedback you submit may also include comments and screenshots. This collection is separate from Juggler’s on-device practice analysis.

We use TestFlight information to investigate issues and improve Juggler. We restrict access to the people responsible for that work and do not share this beta information with third parties. Any copies we retain are kept only for as long as needed to investigate the issue and verify a fix, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Contact us to request access or deletion of information we hold.

Apple controls its own retention and processing. Read Apple’s TestFlight privacy information and use Apple’s privacy controls for information held by Apple.

This website

This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, tracking cookies, embedded social widgets, or a mailing-list form. Fonts and visual assets are served with the site. Contact links open your email app; no message is sent just by visiting a page.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Delivering and protecting the site can involve processing technical request information, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. Hosting and security logs are separate from data stored in the Juggler app. Hosting providers may process information in countries other than yours. See Vercel’s privacy notice for its practices.

Your choices & requests

You control camera permission, whether juggling replays are kept, deletion of saved sessions, and what you share. Juggler has no account to delete. Because practice data is stored on your device, we cannot remotely retrieve or delete it for you.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or object to or restrict processing of personal information we hold. Contact support@lesscorp.org to make a request. We may need to confirm that the request concerns your information. You can also contact your local data-protection authority.

For information received through support, we process it to answer your request and maintain the app; where applicable, we rely on providing the requested service, our legitimate interest in resolving issues, or legal obligations. Where consent is required, we will ask for it.

Younger players

A parent or guardian should supervise younger players and handle support or beta communications on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website or support channels. If a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps to remove it.

Updates & contact

We will update this page if Juggler’s data practices change and revise the date below the title. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate app or website notice.
