About these terms
These terms cover your use of Juggler and juggler.lesscorp.org, provided by Less Corp. (“we”, “us”). By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them. If you are not old enough to agree to these terms in your location, a parent or guardian must agree and supervise your use.
Apple’s applicable platform, distribution, and TestFlight terms also govern your use of its services. These terms do not replace those agreements or any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
A tool for your practice
Juggler helps you follow football-juggling practice, review attempts, and keep personal records. Counts, ball trails, graphs, and other analysis are estimates. Lighting, camera placement, movement, blur, and tracking gaps can affect the results.
The app is not an official scoring system, a guarantee of sporting improvement, or professional coaching or medical advice. Review and correct results when needed.
Play with care
Choose a clear, suitable space, keep your phone secure, and pay attention to your surroundings and other people. Do not interact with the screen while doing something that needs your full attention. Stop if you feel discomfort or conditions become unsafe. Younger players should have appropriate adult supervision.
You are responsible for choosing activities that suit your ability and for using your equipment safely.
Using a beta
Juggler is currently a private beta. Features may change, contain errors, become unavailable, or be removed. TestFlight builds can expire, and access to testing may end. We do not promise a release date, continued beta access, or that every saved record will work with future versions.
Keep copies of anything important before updating, removing the app, or changing devices. The current beta has no subscription or in-app payment. Any future paid offer would be presented separately before you agree to it.
Your recordings & content
You retain your rights to the videos, images, and other content you create or import. Using Juggler does not give Less Corp. ownership of your recordings or permission to use them in advertising.
Only record, import, and share content you have the right to use. Get permission when needed from people who appear in it. You are responsible for the destinations and recipients you choose when sharing.
Juggler stores practice sessions locally and does not provide its own cloud backup. See the privacy policy for storage, recordings, support, and TestFlight information.
Using Juggler responsibly
You may use the app and site for their intended purposes, subject to the applicable software license and these terms. Do not use them unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, interfere with the site’s operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or information.
Juggler’s name, visual identity, website materials, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you by those licenses or by applicable law. Relevant component notices are included with the app or its resources.
Feedback & external services
You can send feedback through TestFlight or support@lesscorp.org. We may use suggestions to improve Juggler without an obligation to implement them or compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your personal recordings or override the privacy policy or Apple’s restrictions on beta feedback.
Apple, email providers, hosting providers, and apps you share to operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control those external services.
Availability & responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the beta app and website are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for a particular purpose. We cannot guarantee that data will never be lost or corrupted.
To the extent permitted by law, Less Corp. is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app or site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable rights relating to negligence, fraud, or defective digital content.
Changes & ending use
You can stop using Juggler at any time. We may change the service or these terms as the product develops, or restrict beta access to address misuse or end testing. Material updates to these terms will be identified on this page and, where appropriate, through the app. Changes do not remove rights or obligations that already arose.
